- Profile picture and role (broker, agent, seller).
Service data you upload
- Leads, contacts, properties, images, notes, visit history.
Billing information
Billing details (card information, billing address, tax ID) are collected and processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Limited. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive transaction confirmation, plan, and billing status.
Usage data
- Pages visited, features used, device/browser type, IP address.
- Server logs and error reports.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the service (host your CRM data, generate AI outputs).
- Process payments and send invoices via Paddle.
- Send transactional emails (password resets, billing notices, security alerts).
- Improve product quality through aggregated analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your leads or properties to train any AI model.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We share data only with vetted sub-processors required to operate the service:
- Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and tax compliance.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) — secure database and file storage.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google) — to generate listing copy and follow-up messages. AI providers do not retain prompts for training.
4. International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for transfers outside the EEA/UK.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your CRM data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
