We want you to be fully satisfied with PropPilot AI. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions billed through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited.
1. Free Trial
The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. You can explore most product features before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers to any paid plan (Pro, Team) may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, for any reason. The request must be made by emailing billing@proplotai.lovable.app from the email address associated with the account.
3. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Billing page.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time after the 14-day window, except where required by law.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are also eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent the next renewal.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion in cases such as:
- Documented service unavailability lasting more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Material defects that prevented use of the service.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to email us first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@proplotai.lovable.app with:
- The email address on the account.
- The Paddle order/receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
