This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of PropPilot AI. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful.
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Promotes adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs, or other regulated categories without proper licensing.
- Falsely represents property listings, ownership, pricing, or availability.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via the follow-up assistant.
- Violating CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA, or other anti-spam / privacy laws.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract source code.
- Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Sharing account credentials or reselling access without written permission.
- Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or terrorism financing.
- Impersonating another person, agency, or brokerage.
3. AI Use Restrictions
Our AI features are tools — you are responsible for the outputs you publish. You may not use AI-generated content to:
- Make false claims about a property's condition, legal status, or value.
- Generate deceptive marketing that violates fair-housing or consumer-protection laws.
- Produce content that targets or excludes protected classes.
4. Real-Estate Specific Compliance
You must comply with local real-estate laws and codes of conduct, including:
- Fair-housing and anti-discrimination regulations.
- Disclosure requirements for property conditions and material facts.
- Licensing requirements for brokers and agents in your jurisdiction.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend accounts pending review, remove offending content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that pose a risk to other users or to the integrity of the service.
