These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropPilot AI ("PropPilot", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered CRM and automation platform for real estate professionals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use PropPilot AI. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription, Billing & Merchant of Record
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for all subscription transactions. This means Paddle is the legal seller, handles invoicing, tax calculation, collection, and remittance, and processes refunds and chargebacks on our behalf.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your location.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PropPilot AI to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
- Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
- Use the AI features to generate misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property
PropPilot AI, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload (leads, properties, images). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.
6. AI-Generated Content
Outputs from the AI listing generator and follow-up assistant are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, legality, and compliance with local real estate advertising regulations before publishing or sending it.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropPilot AI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PropPilot AI is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
